Job Description

'Fame Hosting' is seeking Technical Support technicians familiar with UNIX commands as well as Web Hosting concepts.

Requirements
	1-3 years customer service experience as well as a strong interest in the Internet.
	Excellent customer service skills, be detail minded, and have a strong aptitude for technical concepts.
	Typing skills of at least 30wpm.
	Candidate should have built websites using HTML, FrontPage, Dreamweaver, or other content management tools as well as be familiar with FTP, HTTP and SMTP protocols.
	Should have excellent customer service skills, understand basic billing procedures, and be familiar with UNIX commands as well as basic Windows concepts.
	Must have familiarity with Perl and shell scripting. Knowledge of MySQL, Python, and JSP will be a plus.
